North Shore Mobility Study

Kauai’s narrow roads, unique terrain, and limited parking contribute to many issues when it comes to navigating the north shore smoothly and safely. Programs like the North Shore shuttle have helped to identify certain problem areas and provide efficient solutions but there are still many areas that could be improved. Thanks to legislative funding, we’ve been able to acquire the services of Fehr & Peers and PBR Hawaii to conduct an in-depth study on the traffic patterns and parking habits here on the north shore.
