Visit Hanalei
Town
We are thrilled to share our recent collaboration with the Hanalei Merchant community, made possible through a grant from the Hawaii Tourism Authority. This multi-pronged initiative includes the creation of the Visit Hanalei Town website, designed to highlight the unique offerings of our town, and a targeted advertisement in Hana Hou Magazine, the popular inflight publication of Hawaiian Airlines. This partnership is an exciting opportunity for us as a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for North Shore residents.
While we are excited to encourage visitors to explore and support our local merchants, we believe itʻs equally important to provide "know before you go" information that empowers visitors to make thoughtful decisions. In addition to showcasing where to shop and dine, this new website features crucial information on ocean safety, cultural sensitivity, and the valuable work being done by local nonprofits.
By leading this project, we hope to foster a deeper understanding of the special place that is Hanalei, while encouraging responsible tourism that respects the community, its environment, and its people. We are proud to play a role in this economic development initiative, which strengthens both our local economy and the well-being of our residents.
